BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Canisius Golden Griffins women's basketball team picked up their fourth win at home this season against the Quinnipiac Bobcats 69-58 Thursday night.
Down by 15 points at the half, Canisius put up 25 points in the third quarter to eventually take the lead and secure the comeback.
Leading the charge for the Golden Griffins was forward Sisi Eleko.
Eleko scored 17 points, grabbing six rebounds, and going 5 for 8 on field goals and 7 for 10 on free throws.
Up Next: Canisius will host the Manhattan Jaspers on Saturday. Tip-off is scheduled for 1 p.m.
