BUFFALO, N.Y. — Mika Adams-Woods scored 23 points as St. Bonaventure beat Siena 89-56 on Saturday night at home in men's college basketball action.
Adams-Woods shot 9 for 9, including 4 for 4 from the arc, for the Bonnies (7-2). Chad Venning scored 20 points while going 8 of 12 and 4 of 6 from the free-throw line. Moses Flowers had 12 points and shot 4 for 6, including 2 for 4 from beyond the arc.
Michael Evbagharu and Mason Courtney each finished with nine points for the Saints (2-8).
UB men fall
Don McHenry scored 16 points as Western Kentucky beat Buffalo 82-65 on Saturday.
McHenry shot 5 of 7 from the field and 5 for 5 from the line for the Hilltoppers (7-3). Brandon Newman scored 11 points and added eight rebounds.
The Bulls (1-9) were led in scoring by Sy Chatman, who finished with 21 points, 11 rebounds, two steals and three blocked shots. Anquan Boldin Jr. added 19 points and two steals for Buffalo. Ryan Sabol also put up 12 points and seven assists. The loss is the seventh in a row for the Bulls.
