BIlls Impressed by their Fans

Fans make an impression on the Bills.

ORCHARD PARK, NY- There are no fans like Buffalo Bills fans. They proved it once again Friday night.

The Bills had a practice at New Era Stadium that was scheduled to begin at 5:30 pm. Well, the weather was horrendous most of the day. Then shortly before the workout was to begin the Bills asked everyone to "evacuate the lower bowl because of lightning."

So the fans moved into covered areas and waited for practice to begin.

There was no official estimate on the crowd but it was large and loud and it got the attention of the players who are well aware of the support they receive from the best fans in the NFL.

First round draft choice Tre’Davious White said "I knew what to expect you know. They coming out in what six feet of snow ? So I know they’re going to come out with a little rain. I knew they were going to be here and I was ready for it and it was definitely a plus to see that and its an exciting thing."

Fullback Mike Tolbert who has been around the NFL a bit said " It makes you realize how special it is, the character of this city, the character of this organization, you know these fans are unbelievable. You know you hear about it for so long but once you actually get here and be a part of it it’s a tremendous feeling."

The Bills are off Saturday and return to the field at St. John Fisher College Sunday afternoon.
