BUFFALO, N.Y. — As Major League Baseball teams spend time in Florida and Arizona preparing for a new season, the Buffalo Bisons got ready closer to home.
The Triple-A team on Sunday hosted their second annual spring training carnival at The Powerhouse. Admission was free, hot dogs were $2, and their sales benefitting the Buffalo Bisons Charitable Foundation.

"We got a great action packed fun promotion schedule... Just a lot of fun in store for the ballpark this year," Bisons assistant general manager Brad Bisbing told 2 On Your Side.
There were activities, games, and a jersey auction. Fans were able to purchase tickets for opening day on March 29 with a $5 donation to charity. The Bisons open against the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders.
