BUFFALO, N.Y. — Some believe Monday's eclipse will have a strong spiritual meaning.
Unity of Buffalo Church on Delaware Avenue hosted an astrologist to talk about the broader meanings of Monday's event. She shared insights about celestial patterns related to the eclipse, and their impact on our lives.
"It's a pattern, so we constantly have opportunities for change, we constantly have these different events happen in our lives," Mary Beth Wollenschlaeger said. "But when we can stop and focus on them, you know we're all taking time out of our day hopefully to have this experience, so it's a time to pause, and maybe do that a little more often."
Wollenschlaeger added that the most important thing is to be present during the eclipse. While you might want to pick up your phone, she says you should pause and savor the moment.
