NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — Two cars collided in a crash that damaged a corner store entrance on 19th Street and Welch Avenue in Niagara Falls Monday night.
Charges are pending for one driver who fled the scene. The other driver was taken to the hospital for injuries.
The crash also damaged a street sign and fire hydrant.
