BUFFALO, N.Y. — Thanks to the funds from the "Ruffalo Stampede" at the Buffalo Marathon, the Buffalo Police Department has a new K9 officer.
Paddy, named for fallen officer Patti Parete, and his partner, Lieutenant Elizabeth Baker, have been training four days a week in Niagara Falls, Ontario, since March.
They invited our cameras to see a recent session, when they were working on open area and building searches.
