BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Roswell Park Cancer Institute has been named a 2017-18 Best Hospital for cancer. U.S. News & World Report announced their 2017-18 rankings early Tuesday morning.
Roswell Park was ranked 33 out of nearly 900 cancer hospitals that were reviewed nationwide.
It was also recognized as high-performing within urology and lung cancer surgery.
Roswell Park is the only New York State cancer center outside New York City on the list.
