NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — DePaul Properties Inc. is eying a vacant Niagara Falls parcel for a proposed $15.5 million residential-based development that would be the Rochester firm’s second Niagara County project.
Up for an Oct. 23 review by the City of Niagara Falls Planning Board is a proposal by DePaul to develop a nine-acre parcel along Bloneva Bond Street — formerly 9th Street — into the project that will be anchored by 80 apartments.
