ORCHARD PARK, NY - Orchard Park Police say they arrested Murray Lamarand, 36, after he attacked the mother of his child during a domestic dispute at a Hammocks Drive home Friday night.
The 37-year-old victim tells police Lamarand grabbed her by the throat, slapped her in the face and stole her money and credit card.
He left the scene but around 3 a.m. Saturday turned himself in at the Orchard Park Police Department.
Lamarand was arraigned on charges of criminal obstruction of airway, grand larceny, petit larceny and harassment. He was released to his parents after he posted $1000 bail.
