BUFFALO, N.Y. — There's a new exhibit coming to the Buffalo Zoo this week.
After about a year of work, the new amphibian and reptile house will open Friday.
It will be called the Donna M. Fernandes Amphibian and Reptile Center, after the zoo's former president and CEO.
2 On Your Side got a sneak peek inside at the animals that have moved into their habitats, including Kadal the 4-year-old Komodo dragon.
In total there are about forty different species and about 150 animals total in the exhibit.
A ribbon cutting will be held on Thursday and the exhibit officially opens to the public on Friday.
