LACKAWANNA, N.Y. — A Veterans Day parade was held Saturday morning along McKinley Parkway in Lackawanna.

The parade started at the Red Jacket roundabout and marched more than a mile, to the golf course near the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens.

Judi Kogler, with Buffalo Niagara Blue Star Mothers of America, told 2 On Your Side what the event meant to her.

"I just love seeing everyone stand together to support our military, and make sure that we take care of them past, present, future, and our veterans," she said.
