BUFFALO, N.Y. — The New York Lottery recently announced two, 3rd prize Powerball winning tickets were sold in Western New York for the September 16 drawing.
Both tickets were worth $50,000. They were sold in Derby at the Corner Market on Erie Road, and in Niagara Falls at Super Mario Market on Pine Avenue.
The winning numbers for the Powerball game are drawn from a field of one to 69. The red Power Ball is drawn from a separate field of one to 26. The Powerball drawing is televised every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.
If your prize is $600 or more, you can claim it at any New York Lottery Customer Service Center, Prize Claim Center or by mail.
