BUFFALO, N.Y. — NFTA Police are investigating after a woman allegedly stabbed another woman as they got off the bus Thursday morning.
An NFTA spokesperson said a 27-year-old woman from Buffalo stabbed a 38-year-old woman twice in the leg and three times the ear. It happened during an altercation as the two were exiting the #24 bus near South Division Street and Washington Street shortly before 7 a.m.
The victim, whose name hasn't been released, was taken to Erie County Medical Center where she is being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The other woman was arrested and charged with second-degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
