BUFFALO, N.Y. — Did you know that Emery Park in Erie County has one of the longest magic carpets in the world?
The newly added easy to ski conveyer belt is 920-feet long and takes skiers from the lodge to the top of Emery's three ski hills. Those who visit and use the carpet can do it for free.
Ski hill hours for those looking to visit at Emery Park are Wednesday & Friday 3p.m. to 7p.m. and Saturday & Sunday 10a.m. to 7p.m.
The hill is only permitted for skiing and snowboarding equipment. Sleds or other equipment are not permitted.
