WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. - The owner of a Williamsville restaurant who pleaded guilty to filing a false tax return will avoid jail time.
Ravi Sabharwal received a year of probation, which includes six months of home confinement.
Federal officials say Sabharwal, 58, under-reported the gross receipts of his business to avoid paying tens of thousands of dollars in federal taxes.
