WILLIAMSVILLE, NY - Federal and State agencies raided a Williamsville doctor's office Friday.
Agents executed a sealed federal search warrant at 100 College Parkway, suite 220 in Williamsville, the location for Gosy & Associates Pain and Neurology Treatment Center.
Officials say the warrant is sealed and can not release any information.
A person who works in another office in the same building told Two On Your Side federal agents had been at the office since 6 a.m. Friday.
According to a spokesperson for Gosy & Associates, the practice was closed temporarily and reopened after all agents left on Friday afternoon. As of now, the practice will remain open and operating as usual.
Attorney Jesse Baldwin, of Damon Morey, LLP, sent this statement on behalf of Dr. Gosy:
