WEST SENECA, N.Y. — The West Seneca Police Department is asking people to avoid the intersection of Clinton Street and Borden Road for now, following a major accident.
An accident investigation unit is on scene, and the intersection is expected to remain closed "for the next few hours," police said on social media around 7:15 p.m. Sunday.
NITTEC reported that the intersection, which is west of Transit Road, closed around 7 p.m.
Police asked people to use either Transit Road or Union Road to get to wherever you're going as police continued to be on the scene Sunday night.
