WEST SENECA, NY-- West Seneca got a little bit of a makeover thanks to West Seneca East High School.
More than 1,000 students, faculty and staff from the school went out in the community on Friday for their first annual "Trojans Take Action" day of service.
They helped over 40 schools, churches, playgrounds, community groups and the police department with gardening, painting, mulching, washing and reading.
Once finished, the students gathered for a celebration for their efforts.
