Chautauqua County early voting sites

Early voting in New York State begins on October 26. Here's where to cast your early vote in Chautauqua County.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY, N.Y. — Those who plan to vote in the upcoming 2024 Primary Election will soon be able to begin early voting in Chautauqua County. 

The official primary election day is Tuesday, November 5 across the country. People voting on that date must report to their assigned poll site in order to cast a ballot. 

Here is where those can early vote in Chautauqua County from October 26 to November 3:

  • The Chautauqua County Fairgrounds at the 4-H Bldg./Ag & Expo Center, 1089 Central Ave. Dunkirk, NY 14048
  • The Chautauqua Mall (through the Main Entrance), 318 E Fairmount Ave. Lakewood, NY 14750
  • The Robert H. Jackson Center, 305 E 4th St. Jamestown, NY 14701
  • The Carlson Community Center, 50 W. Lake Rd. Mayville for the 2024 General Election

All four of those locations will be open on the same hours, which are Saturdays & Sundays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays & Tuesdays noon to 8 p.m. and Wednesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

“Due to the expected high turnout for this year’s Election, we have decided to move the Mayville location from the Board of Elections office to the Carlson Community Center,” state Commissioner Abram.

“Additionally, the location within the Mall will be different for this year’s Early Voting. We will be in the old Rue21 spot close to JC Penny,” added Commissioner Torres.

Early voting is not available on Monday, November 4. All sites in Chautauqua County are handicap accessible.
