BUFFALO, NY-- University Police at UB say a recent report of an attack on campus is false.
On Thursday, police put out an alert on Facebook after a female student said a black male with dreadlocks punched her in the face near Capen Hall on Wednesday. She also claimed she had other incidents with this man in the past.
However, police say upon investigating the matter further, determined the assault was unfounded.
They are not releasing the woman's name or her condition.
