TONAWANDA, N.Y. — The Town of Tonawanda has introduced a new high-tech feature at the Paddock Chevrolet Golf Dome.
The Toptracer Range technology will feature 8 bays at the indoor golf practice facilities. It will give golfers a fun, engaging, and tech-driven experience.
In a press release from the Town of Tonawanda it said "Using cameras mounted around the facility, industry-leading ball-tracing technology displays accurate, live shot data including distance, speed, launch angle, shape, and more, on a monitor in each hitting bay. The array of data can then be used for practice purposes or to compete in games and challenges with friends and other Toptracer Range users."
Golfers will be able to download the Toptracer app to keep track of their experience as well.
“We are extremely excited to feature Toptracer technology at the Paddock Golf Dome,” said Town Councilman Carl Szarek who also chairs the town’s Youth, Parks and Recreation Committee. “The town is always looking to enhance our recreation offerings. We identified Toptracer as an ideal solution for us, offering golfers industry leading technology and delivering a world-class range experience.”
