BUFFALO, N.Y. — Tops Markets' merger with Price Chopper/Market 32, which was announced earlier this year, has been finalized.
The Federal Trade Commission reviewed and approved the merger, according to a Nov. 8 press release.
The two companies will continue to be managed by their respective leaders and go by their established brands but will be overseen by Northeast Grocery, Inc., a new parent company.
