CORFU, N.Y. — Darien Lake has a new roller coaster for thrillseekers to experience this summer.
The theme park showcased the construction of its new "Tantrum" ride on Facebook on Saturday. The roller coaster features a "98-foot vertical lift at a 90-degree angle – straight up the coaster’s first hill," according to Darien Lake's website.
The ride will apparently reach speeds of 52 mph.
