Adoption sale at the SPCA Serving Erie County

For one week, adoption fees will be 50% off for animals one year and older.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — The SPCA Serving Erie County wants students to have a furry study buddy for back to school.

From August 24 through August 31, the SPCA will cut adoption fees in half for animals one year and older.

And if you're one of the first 100 adopters, you'll also get a pencil case filled with treats for your new pet, an animal-themed bookmark, and a 20% off coupon to the SPCA’s in-shelter store with the option to get an engraved ID tag for only $5.

The SPCA recommends anyone interested in taking advantage of the promotion should visit the SPCA Serving Erie County in person to meet the adoptable animals.

There is also the option to check out the shelter's animals on their website. The SPCA offers up-to-date selections of their animals. YourSPCA.org. If you don’t see a specific animal you’re looking for, that likely means the animal has been adopted.

Tater isn't like other puppies; he patiently waits for attention. He's very demure, very modest, and, without a doubt, very cutesy.
