BUFFALO, NY-One teen is dead, another treated and released, following a shooting on Shirley Avenue in the city's Kensington/Bailey neighborhood.
It was the second fatal shooting in the city on Tuesday.
Two 17-year-old males were shot. Ronnie Scott, 17, was taken to ECMC where he later died. The other victim, Diamond Allen, 17, was shot in the leg and was treated and released from the hospital.
