Five vehicles involved in car accident on Bailey Avenue in Buffalo

Four people, including the 23-year-old man cited by police, were treated for injuries at Erie County Medical Center.

The Buffalo Police Department and the Buffalo Fire Department responded to a car crash on Bailey Avenue around 3:40 a.m. Sunday that involved five vehicles.

Police say a 23-year-old man was traveling south on Bailey Avenue when his Chevrolet hit three vehicles going the other direction. The fifth car involved was hit by one of the other three vehicles.

Four people, including the 23-year-old man, were treated for injuries at Erie County Medical Center.

The man driving the Chevy was cited for three vehicle and traffic violations.

He has not yet been identified by police.
