LOCKPORT, NY-- Several Niagara County offices that were closed Thursday due to power and phone outages, are expected to be back open on Friday.
The outages were caused by Wednesday's high winds.
Power was restored to the Niagara County Courthouse and Civil Defense Building just before 3pm Thursday.
