BUFFALO, N.Y. — A new lawsuit filed on Friday accuses a Catholic School principal of sexually assaulting seven different children.
According to court documents, this all happened in 1988 and 1989 at the historic St. Ann's Church on Broadway in Buffalo.
That parish has been closed since 2013.
Seven then-children enrolled at the parish school in the late 1980's claim that principal John Curtin "sexually assaulted and committed battery" on each of them.
Curtin is not listed as a defendant in the lawsuit.
The Catholic Diocese of Buffalo is named in the suit, as well as Saints Columba-Brigid Church, which was merged with St. Ann's when it closed.
