BUFFALO, N.Y. — Rite Aid plans to put up for sale dozens of its stores across the nation, including a few in the Buffalo area.
A&G Real Estate Partners, on behalf of the national drugstore chain, will market for sale 78 Rite Aid and Bartell Drugs neighborhood pharmacy leases, along with 21 fee-owned properties, as part of the chain's financial restructuring. The move, which is pending approval by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, includes three Buffalo-area sites, according to a news release.
Here are the local sites Rite Aid is looking to sell:
- 452 Main St., Buffalo (10,724-square-foot store)
- 15 Arnold St., Buffalo (3,150 square feet of land)
- 2453 Elmwood Ave., Kenmore (19,800-square-foot, freestanding store)
