TOWN OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. — Thousands of National Grid customers were left without power in the Kenmore Tonawanda area.
According to National Grid's website, as of 4:30 Tuesday Afternoon, 12,032 customers were without power. The agency tells 2 On Your Side, it was due to failed equipment that was on a pole.
Power has been restored to most, if not all customers around 9:40 pm according to National Grid.
