HAMBURG, N.Y. — Village of Hamburg Police have ruled out a potential threat to Hamburg Schools following an investigation into a social media post.
According to an email from the Hamburg School district, a student saw a social media post that alluded to a school shooting.
Authorities say following an investigation the post did not explicitly mention Hamburg Schools or directly reference anyone who works at, or attends a school in the district.
