CITY OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. — A North Tonawanda man was arrested Friday evening after allegedly giving a police car a beer shower.
According to City of Tonawanda Police, an officer was inside his vehicle doing a police report when David Serrano, 45 of North Tonawanda, allegedly opened a 24 oz can of “Natural Ice” and poured the beer on the officer's hood.
Serrano began to walk away and was later detained by officers after refusing to cooperate. He was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Police say Serrano showed signs of intoxication and gave no reason for the beer pouring
He was held on $250 bail.
