Platter's recently posted that they are looking for someone to fill the role of being a 'production - sponge cutter' as the holiday season approaches, ramping up sponge candy production in Western New York.
Under the job listing on Platter's website it says, "As a member of our production team, you'll be responsible for all things making and packaging Platter’s fine chocolates and candies. We look for flexible team members that work wherever is needed. This could include working in the kitchen, bakery, pouring room, enrobing line, packaging, and/or our shipping department. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves to work with food, specifically chocolate, and confections."
