We're getting our first look at the initial design for the future Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Centennial Park.
Officials from the City of Buffalo, University at Buffalo Regional Institute (UBRI) and Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation (RCWJRF), were on hand to unveil the design to transform LaSalle Park.
Construction of the park is expected to begin in 2022 and finish in 2024.
Part of the presentation included a 16-by 6 foot model which will be on display at various locations around the city for public viewing. Community members will be able to give their feedback on the design until May 24.
