DEPEW, N.Y. -- One person was killed after being hit by a car Sunday afternoon.
Depew Police officials responded to the accident at about 1:30 p.m. in the area of 3332 Walden Ave., near the Girl Scouts of Western New York Buffalo Service Center.
The Depew Police Department continues to investigate a cause. On Tuesday, police identified the victim as Marianne Annibali, 56, of Depew.
There's no word at this time on any charges pending against the driver.
