HOLLAND, NY - A man was killed and his wife seriously injured in a two-car crash in the Town of Holland Thursday morning.
The accident happened just before 9:00 a.m. on Holland Glenwood Road near Phillips Road.
Two people in the car were hurt. Jeffrey Cooper, 59 of Olean, was taken to Bertrand-Chaffee Hospital in Springville where he died from his injuries. His wife, Hattie, remains in critical condition at ECMC.
No word yet on what caused the accident. Erie County Sheriff deputies are still investigating.
The roads around the crash site were re-opened at around 2:30 p.m.
