NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — Niagara Falls is known to be one of the most visited spots in the summer for many reasons, the food being one of them.
Old Falls Street in Niagara Falls State Park is looking for local food vendors for the 2024 summer season which goes from May through September to add to the three-block entertainment district.
"There are a limited number of available spaces to rent with a growing demand for space each year," Director of Special Events, Kim Barrus, said.
Applications will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Quality of food –menu offerings and existing availability
- Visual design of food cart including dimensions and electrical needs.
- Intended hours of operation.
Each vendor needs a vending license from the City of Niagara Falls, a Niagara County Health permit and proof of business insurance once Old Falls Street approves your application.
Deadline to submit your applications is on Friday, March 31 and interviews will begin on Saturday, April 1. All selected vendors are expected to be in place by Monday, May 1.
