GRAND ISLAND, N.Y. — The New York State Police need your help in locating a missing man.
Ian J. Young, 24, was last seen April 27 on Grand Island.
He is described as a black male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5’7” and weighs about 150 pounds.
