NIAGARA COUNTY, N.Y. — A woman is dead after being hit by a vehicle in Lockport, according to the Town of Niagara Police Department.
The crash happened on Military Road north of Lockport Road around 5:20 p.m. Tuesday.
Police said the 29-year-old woman was transported to a hospital where she later died.
The driver showed no signs of impairment and is cooperating with the sheriff's office.
