NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — A man is seriously hurt after being shot in Niagara Falls.
According to the Niagara Falls Police Department, officers were investigating an unrelated call in the 1100 block of 19th Street when they heard shots rang out blocks away around 9:30 p.m. Sunday.
When police arrived at that scene, they found bystanders putting a 31-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the chest into a car.
He was driven to the hospital where he's still listed in critical condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
