LOCKPORT, NY--- A Lockport man is charged with murder following a fight last weekend.
The incident happened at 80 Genesee Street on Saturday, September 20.
Investigators say there was a physical altercation between Paul Flynn, 39, and Clyde Mullen, 48. Officers found Mullen unconscious when they arrived. He was taken to ECMC. Mullen died of his injuries on September 24.
Flynn faces a second degree murder charge. Police are still investigating.
