NIAGARA COUNTY, N.Y. — As we make our way through July a fan favorite summer event will kick off soon in Niagara County.
The Niagara County Fair begins on Wednesday, July 31 and goes until Sunday, August 4 located on Lake Avenue in Lockport at the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Niagara County grounds.
At the fair this year there will be many returning fair favorite experiences to check out, and new ones for fairgoers to enjoy. Experiences include 4-H animals, local vendors, rides, food, and much more.
Admission at the fair is priced per person and costs $10 for all those who are 7-years-old and older on Wednesday through Saturday. On Sunday admission is reduced to $7 for all those who are 7-years-old and older. Active military members, veterans, and first responders are free on Sunday.
Children who are 6-years-old and younger are free everyday. A weekly 5-day entry pass will also be offered for $30. Parking at the fair is always free.
Fairgoers who wish to leave and come back can get a stamp at the administrator building for same day re-entry.
