DUNKIRK, N.Y. — A Chautauqua County family is opening a Puerto Rican restaurant in Dunkirk.
El Negocio Restaurant will open in late October at 243 E. Lakeshore Drive, taking over space that most recently operated as Mexico Lindo and previously housed Powder Keg and 243 Cantina.
The business will operate as a full-service restaurant with a bar and table service and seating for 56. El Negocio will offer Puerto Rican cuisine, including empanadas, mofongo balls, plantains, roasted pork and chicken cracklings.
