BUFFALO, N.Y. — New Era is cap-turing more of the NFL.
The Buffalo headquartered company announced on Wednesday that it has expanded its partnership with the NFL and will serve as the official outfitter of the NFL combine. New Era will be supplying all apparel and headwear used by Combine athletes starting in 2025.
“New Era was born in Buffalo – a football town through and through,” said CEO of New Era, Chris Koch. “We’re excited to now have the opportunity to outfit the NFL Combine and play a part in another key milestone during athletes’ NFL journeys.”
New Era has been the NFL’s official on-field cap since 2012 – supplying the NFL with cap collections like the NFL Draft, the Salute to Service military appreciation, and the Super Bowl.
Now they will provide everything from socks to shirts for the scouting combine.
"The Combine marks a transformative moment in a prospect’s football career," said Joe Ruggiero, senior vice president of consumer products at the NFL. "New Era will now be integral to that experience, offering high-performance apparel, helping to enable prospects to perform at their full potential."
The next NFL Combine begins on February, 24 2025 and continues through March 3. Fans can buy New Era Combine apparel starting in April 2025 with team-specific merchandise on sale in June.
Only a few weeks ago New Era was granted the rights to produce and sell NHL headwear and apparel globally.
