BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo's Olmsted Parks Conservancy is asking the community to help name the beloved FLOmingo boats at Hoyt Lake.
The group posted to their social media accounts on Wednesday writing "All of the submissions for FLOmingo names have been collected, and now it’s YOUR TURN, to vote on which 8 names will be the winners!"
Voting will be open from now until July 29 and people can do so by clicking here.
People who had submitted names in an earlier contest, that end up being chosen will win a free paddle boat ride.
Name submissions include FLO, BuffaFLO, Delaware Dancer, Fred, and more.
