ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — A Lancaster man died following a crash that happened Wednesday morning in Orchard Park.
A crash was reported at 6:22 a.m. Wednesday on Southwestern Boulevard near Hazel Court. That's where Orchard Park Police said a vehicle left the roadway, then struck a vehicle that was parked in a home's driveway.
A 43-year-old man from Lancaster was extricated from the vehicle, police said in a statement. Life-saving measures were attempted, but Orchard Park EMS eventually declared the man dead at the scene.
The Orchard Park Police Accident Investigation Unit and the West Seneca Police Accident Investigation Unit are investigating the crash and the man's death.
