BUFFALO, N.Y. — For the second time in as many years an iconic publicly-owned building in Buffalo is headed to auction with the hope of attracting a private-sector buyer.
The New York State Office of General Services in early 2020 will put the Sen. Walter J. Mahoney State Office Building at 65 Court Street out to auction.
