LANCASTER, NY - Police are investigating a fatal accident that happened Tuesday just before midnight.
Police say that a man drove across the southbound lanes on Harris Hill Road and hit part of the I-90 overpass.
The car then rolled over and caught fire.
The victim, a 64-year-old male was declared dead at the scene by paramedics.
The investigation into why the man drove off the road is on going.
