BUFFALO, N.Y. - New York State Supreme Court Judge Timothy Drury has denied a motion by the National Football League to dismiss the case brought against the league by former Buffalo Jills cheerleaders.
The women are suing the Bills, along with the current and former operators of the Jills, for unfair compensation. The lawsuit alleges the women were not even paid minimum wage as Jills.
